Standard delivery within Kathmandu Valley takes 1 to 2 business days. Outside the valley, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the location. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. You can track your order status in real time after dispatch.

We offer a 3 to 5 day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 to 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Yes, absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal and payment information is completely secure. We partner with trusted payment gateways including eSewa, Khalti, and FonePay. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking details. You can use the Track My Order link in the top navigation bar to see the real-time status of your delivery at any time.

We currently accept QR payment (scan and pay) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Choose your preferred method at checkout. More payment options may be added in the future.

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team via phone or live chat. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

We deliver to almost all places across Nepal. However, some very remote areas may be outside our current delivery coverage. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please message us or reach out via our live chat before placing your order, and we will be happy to confirm. Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on your location.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to the original payment method you used. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via eSewa or Khalti to your preferred account.

Click Sign Up in the top right corner of the page, enter your name, email address or phone number, and create a password. Once registered, you can track orders, save your address, and manage your wishlist from your profile.

There is no minimum order value. You can order a single item of any price. Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers may apply depending on your cart total, which will be shown clearly at checkout.
